Delayed Game Raise ------------------ If playing LIMIT RAISES, a delayed raise to game in opener's major shows game-forcing values and 4+ trumps (or 3+ if playing 5 card majors). Responder first bids a new suit (hopefully the suit has values in it) and then jumps to game in the major over opener's rebid. Responder would show about 13-16 points. With a stronger hand and support, responder should make either first jump shift or by advance cue-bidding. Example responder's hand: S: KJxx/ H: Kx/ D: Qxx/ AJxx Opener Responder 1S 2C 2x 4S where 2x is any bid by opener.
